The staff are great, the rooms are quality for what you pay for. My only complaint is that they are not flexible on prices charges. Doesn't matter how long you've lived here, their price of their price whether you like it or not.

submitted by Carter K. - |Recommended: YesGreat apartments — Extremely close to campus. All the amenities you could possibly need. Great staff. Pet friendly. Parking is outstanding. If i had to pick anything that would possibly be an issue its that the walls and floors are fairly thin. We've had a few noise complaints and vice versa, but overall living at prime place has been phenomenal so far.

submitted by Camry S. - |Recommended: YesGreat apartment, walking distance from OSU — The apartment is great for the price and location. I pay roughly 600 and have one roommate, and have yet to go over our electricity cap. Easy walk to campus, which is helpful during the long days and nights of finals week. Only real downfall is that our building has no elevator, and I live on the third floor. Our upstairs neighbors are LOUD, but they are the only ones I have had problems with. Our hall is pretty quiet, and the newly installed carpet has helped with the echo. The building has a package room, so you know your packages are safe when they are delivered

You kind of make up for the parking pass with the 150 cleaning fee when you move out, but the paint chips really easily so it's nice to have that. Prime does not oversell their parking permits which is amazing because you never have to worry about where you'll put your car. They respond to emails really fast, and the maintenance guys come to fix our problems in a timely manner. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and their office on Elm is always clean and welcoming. However, the dryer in our unit always takes multiple runs to dry our clothes which contributes to our electricity bill. Our unit was not very clean when we moved in, but the wood floors and hard surfaces made cleaning easy. Lastly, the payment system they use is inconvenient. Overall not a bad place to live.

submitted by Aaron K. - |Recommended: YesIts pretty cool — Its really close to campus. The parking garage is awful, which is really my only complaint about the complex, but what can you do you know I wish we could control the temperature in our apartment cause sometimes its either extremely hot or very cold. Appliances work great. Neighbors seem nice and I can never hear them through the walls. I have a vespa that I drive to class every day so I don't have to squeeze out my giant truck through the tiny parking garage. So I really appreciate that you haven't towed that, it means a lot.

submitted by Abby S. - |Recommended: NoLocation is my favorite part. — Kinda noisy, bugs can be an issue pretty typical for apartments but they fixed the issue rather quickly. Parking garage is like playing Mario cart, perfect location, and friendly staff.
submitted by Daley S. - |Recommended: YesGreat location for students, easy access to most places — Prime Place honestly isn't an awful place to live. The staff seem friendly, the apartments are nice and modern, and it's overall well kept. One of the main problems I've had is with noise from other apartments and smells leaking in due to insulation issues. Also, parking seems to be an issue, especially if you have guests come to hang out. Overall though, if you're a student looking for a place to live that is close to campus, relatively nice, and fair on prices, go with Prime Place.
