|Recommended: YesGreat location, very modern, clean, and affordable for students — Living at Prime Place is very convenient. It takes me about 5-7 minutes to get to class and I'm even in walking distance from a lot of my friends. I love the kitchen counter tops and the space for barstools on the island. The floorplans are exceptionally open, creating more space and less clutter than most apartments I have seen. I hardly ever hear anybody else in their apartment unless I am in the hallway. The hallway carpet is clean and looks very nice. More importantly, the staff is great--especially Chloe. She is always very patient, informational, and kind every time I call the office. The maintenance is fantastic, they are so sufficient and always get to your requests within 24 hours. Prime Place is better than Midtown no doubt.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, very convenient to OSU campus. — College students can get a little rowdy sometimes, but the Hester street Prime Place Apartments was much quieter than the last place I lived in Stillwater. I always had same day service whenever I had a maintenance issue, and the building is constantly improving.
|Recommended: YesThe property looks nice and modern and improvements are being made to make it even nicer — the rent is fair especially considering all the other commodities that are offered like free internet, workout area, pool, and electricity if your conservative and use less electronics.
|Recommended: YesConsidering the lot space and closeness to campus it’s overall a good place to live. — Other than parking being a hassle some days, rent is reasonable for how close to campus it is and it is a convenient location.

|Recommended: YesThe apartments are nice and well maintained — I like my apartment. We had some issues with the air conditioning when I first moved in but I have not had much problems since.

|Recommended: YesPerfect location — Friendly staff who are knowledgeable and quick to fix any issues and answer emails in a quick manner. Appearance wasn't the best when I first moved in, however they updated soon after moving in which brightened up the place as a whole
