|Recommended: YesOverall a good property for rent. VERY CONVENIENT — These properties are more expensive for the location and the availability of convenient parking. However, maintenance was always done in a timely manner, bills were easy to track and pay, and in general the utilities functioned as necessary.
The only drawbacks are having to use electric power for stoves and not having garbage disposal systems in the sinks, which made cleaning and cooking slightly less convenient. The walls aren't the most noise proof, but as long as you don't have loud neighbors above or to the sides, noise isn't the biggest problem.
Overall I enjoyed my time living there and I would recommend the property to a friend, if they are willing to pay more for close campus convenience and protected parking.

|Recommended: YesAverage — Its a pretty nice place. It can be noisy at times. Maintenance is pretty good at getting whatever problem you submitted fixed in a reasonable time. Its nice that they allow pets.
|Recommended: YesIt's nice and quiet and also allows pets. — For a college town, it's pretty clean and I didn't have loud neighbors. The only problems we had were with a leaky ceiling in the shower that couldn't stay fixed no matter how many times we tried.
|Recommended: YesI love living here — I have had absolutely no problems living at Prime Place and the staff is extremely nice I would recommend living here for any student. Very close to campus and I never have any problems finding parking or hearing my neighbors.
