|Recommended: YesPrime Place on Hester — The location is perfect for walking to campus greek life. All of the staff are super helpful and friendly. My roommate and I have never had any major problems living in this facility.
|Recommended: YesPrime Place is the perfect place for college living — Living at Prime Place has been a blessing while attending OSU. The location is within walking distance to campus, so a parking pass is not necessary. The parking garage is one of my favorite features of living at Prime Place, because I am very protective of my car and it gives me a peace of mind that it is protected from the elements. The management of Prime Place has been very helpful and they fix all issues in a timely manner. The managers are very personable and I loved that they offered to pray for us while we were gone for the summer. I would 10 10 recommend to a friend to live at Prime Place.

|Recommended: YesI enjoy the property being close to campus and the very knowledgeable maintenance. — I would tell them that the rent is kinda high for a group of 2 people or living by themselves. Although the benefits of having quick service and good location near campus is defitiely a selling point. The parking garage should probably have cameras though.

|Recommended: YesClean and Quiet — It's nice. I can never hear anyone around me unless they are right outside my door. The only thing that sometimes stinks is that I live on the first floor and sometimes I have to park up on the 4th or 5th floor.
|Recommended: YesGets the job done — I would tell them it is a pretty good option for a college apartment considering the other options in Stillwater
|Recommended: YesVery nice apartment, but services could be better. — I really like the layout of the apartment and how close it is to campus. The problem is that getting things like the cable is a bit of a hassle. There needs to be better communication between the apartment and its providers so that there's less work for the tenant.
|Recommended: YesAffordable, although loud — It is a great price living so close to campus with a workout facility and pool. The only downside is I can hear my neighbors upstairs everyday at some point and even many times a day and night. Don't live here if you're a light sleeper

But dont ever take the lowest floor or outdoor room
1 Insect will come inside when you open the door
2 Cell phone network will be horrible
|Recommended: YesMaintenance Staff Very Helpful — James Dale is consistently on it and gets the job done in a timely manner and fashion. He has helped fix and take care of my unit on a number of occasions ranging from light bulb changes, to AC fixes, to pest control. This guy deserves a bonus
