|Recommended: YesGreat complex with expected problems — Prime place is a great experience with a great location near campus. Maintenance is timely in getting things fixed when needed. It comes with the normal issues that sometimes happen with an apartment complex noise sometimes from neighbors or bugs, but nothing out of the ordinary. Great deal for the price

|Recommended: YesPretty decent for how close to campus — Living at prime place is a pretty good deal. You're super close to campus, and the maintenance people are super quick and helpful. However, the apartment does seem cheaply made, and you can hear the people in the hallway all to well.

|Recommended: YesExcellent proximity to campus but extremely unequal room sizes amenties in XL apartments — The best feature of living at Prime is the parking garage and the proximity to campus. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the student union, so you will not need to purchase a parking permit. However, beware of choosing an XL room in the 213 location. I lived in a XL 4B 4B with some friends. The two end rooms are truly XL, with attached walk-in closets and bathrooms with a bath shower. However, I moved in last and ended up with the middle room, which was half the size about 9'x10' with a closet with large French doors that render about 20ft 2 of the room useless. The bathrooms for both middle rooms are located across the hall and only have showers. Definitely did NOT expect to pay the same rent for such a huge reduction in room size amenities, compared to my roommates. However, the location makes the apartment worth it - just make sure you ask about room dimensions before you sign the lease because the XL apartment layouts are unfair and shitty
Otherwise, the walls are generally pretty thin, so I always hear upstairs parties or some person practicing their musical instruments. Additionally, the kitchens are small and don't have much counter space. On the other hand, I do appreciate the aesthetic of the place because the wood flooring and natural light in the daytime is nice. For me, the apartment is just a place to sleep and cook, so I can look over small issues, and, again, the location is the main reason why I am resigning with Prime.
|Recommended: YesProximity to campus is comfortable. Size of rooms is disapointing. — Living at prime place is comfortable. We are given a good deal having a mostly asured parking spot and reletive closeness to our campus. But those are the sole factors that would drive me to inform a friend about prime place. though we are fairly comfortable, there are a few flaws to the structures design. one such flaw being the distribution of space between each bed room, some being greatly large then others.
|Recommended: YesSuch a great apartment — I really love the location of the apartment with it being so close to campus. Such a short walk or bike ride to class every day. The staff is always very nice and maintenance always gets to your requests asap. I have not had any problems living here with parking either. I love having the covered parking garage.
